Kashmiri Tantra massage is deeper than any other massages as it initiates a stream of vitality through explicit body position (asanas). This isn’t just any other regular massage but a deeply spiritual ritual and therapy. It guides you toward profound relaxation where you connect with the natural energy of your body, allowing the magnetism of polarities to take over.

What we’ll do together
Learn the full sequence of Kashmiri Tantra massage.
Give and receive one Tantra Massage on Saturday & Sunday.
Practice Tantric meditation to open up your Chakra system.
Learn Latihan technique to surrender to the flow of energy.
Learn and practice Tandava dance techniques to bring full body flow in massage.
Learn to shift your energy between masculine and feminine.
Practice awakening of senses through Tantric meditations.
Retreat Practicals:
• You don’t have to be an experienced tantric practitioner, but it is recommended that you have previous personal growth experience.
• This workshop is open to singles and couples (respecting the privacy of the couple who can decide whether or not to work together). If you attend solo, we will provide you a partner for each structure in beautiful meditative ways.
• You are always free to choose the level of intimacy you want to share with others.
• No genital massage is part of this workshop.
• This workshop will be gender balanced working in masculine / feminine pairs.

Abhika is the co-organiser of the Baltic Tantra Festival and a passionate ambassador of Kashmiri Tantra Massage in Europe. She leads Tantra Holidays and workshops across the globe, creating spaces of connection, healing, and joyful celebration.Trained in Tantra, Family Constellation, and Trauma Healing work, she brings together rich experience and a natural talent for guiding people into presence and openness. Her unique method Back to the Flow blends Tantra with Family Constellation, helping people release old patterns and return to the natural flow of love and life.

Faro Airport
Taxis can be arranged to pick and drop you off from Faro airport. The cost ranges from 130/160€ which can be divided by passengers.
Lison Airport
There is a train service from Lisbon to Santa Clara Saboia. You will then need to get a taxi from Saboia to Aterra which takes about 30-35 mins Link for tickets: https://www.omio.com/

Pair booking - this retreat will be gender balanced working in masculine / feminine pairs. You do not need to be a romantic couple, and you can still mix practice partners if you wish.
Cancellation Policy:
This retreat is non-refundable, you are, however welcome to find a replacement attendee of the same gender up until 16th October and sort out the finances between you.
We have the right to ask anyone in the group to leave for any reason we deem necessary for the good of the group. In this case there are no refunds.
Cancellation by the organiser: If we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your retreat fee. We are not responsible for additional travel or accommodation costs. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and other unexpected circumstances.
